You have two basic choices if you decide to offer religion news on your web site -- find it and link to it or pull it in automatically through "syndication". The syndication code pulls the information and links from a remote web server. Just make sure that the type articles you syndicate are fitting for your church's web site.
Below are some example pages of syndicated material. Some is transparently pulled into a web site page; others link to the syndicated information and the linked image automatically change periodically. These are from the Avondale Pattillo UMC site.
