Three quarters of American homes have Internet access (ClickZ News). Church Web sites are becoming a necessity, not a frill. So when churches communicate, they need to address use of this relatively new medium.
Because of that, in 2003, annual training began for Atlanta-Decatur-Oxford and Atlanta-Emory Districts of the North Georgia Conference, The United Methodist Church. These sessions are part of that overall Annual Training event held each January.
